Types of Coaching

We offer flexibility in our approach to coaching. In particular, we conduct:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions, or
  • Group coaching sessions with one coup professional working with 3-4 individuals at a time

We recommend that five sessions of either type of coaching is the minimum required to see some level of change. However the number of sessions needed is unique to the individual and we can tailor our approach depending on individual requirements. The types of coaching in which we specialise include:

  • Performance coaching
  • Presentation coaching
  • LSI coaching.

We also offer coaching as a subsequent service following on from our training workshops.
