First and foremost, the communication obejctives must be achieved. The degree to which you are involved in the process can be varied, according to your immediate workload. Clients with the time and the appetite can be deeply involved with many stages of the process; creative development, script writing and editting, shooting and editting. Alternatively, with clear breif and some well defined sign-off milestones, our clients can get on with their real jobs and leave the work to us.

Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions for the rapid turnaround media production service currently promoted on YouTube are as follows:-
- The $4,500 + gst fee covers a 2 day turnaround production. Duration of final film shall be no longer than five minutes
- Production outside of Sydney can be undertaken as long as the client agrees to cover travel and accommodation - return economy airfare, transfers and 1-2 nights accommodation depending on production requirements
- The offer is for production booked for December 2011 and January 2012. After these dates the cost of the services will revert to our standard pricing
- Bookings are confirmed verbally over the phone and confirmed through a Confirmation of Engagement schedule. The full service fee is invoiced on confirmation of the production dates. Our terms are 14 days
