After a stunning engagement in Bangkok last December with the Asia-Pacific Leadership Team of Hewitt Associates, coup's international momentum continues this year with a whistle-stop tour of New York , London, Beijing and Shanghai.
David and Lucinda will be joined by Michael Beckley to present a Dramatic Learning experience at the London-bed Professional Services Marketing Group in early March. Details here.
During the trip we will be interviewing Organisational Development professionals in each city to collective different perspectives on how to build employee engagement. These interviews will be woven together into a film that will create a current global perspective on what connects people to their organisation, through contrasting and comparing approaches in some of the world's great cities.
On a lesser note, www.coup.net is now functional and during the trip, we will be looking to develop relationships with other arts-based organisations with a view to engaging in international collaborations.
